Waterproof treatment of formwork through wall screw:
本工程所有地下室外墙板，其支模用穿墙螺栓(里外)均双面满焊3㎜厚60×60止水片，并在外侧模上衬厚度20㎜的木块，拆模后取掉木垫块，割去此段螺栓，用防水水泥砂浆封口。
For all underground outdoor wall panels of the project, the through wall bolts (inside and outside) used for formwork erection shall be fully welded on both sides with 3mm thick 60 × 60 waterstop, and 20 mm thick wood blocks shall be lined on the outer formwork. After formwork removal, the wood blocks shall be removed, the bolts shall be cut off and sealed with waterproof cement mortar.
管道穿墙部位防水处理
Waterproof treatment for the part where the pipeline passes through the wall
穿墙管应在浇筑砼前预埋套管，穿墙管与内墙角，凹凸部位距离应大于250㎜，管于管的间距应大于300㎜当穿墙管线较多时，可采用穿墙盒的封口钢板与墙上预埋角钢焊严，并从钢板上的预留浇筑孔注入改性沥青柔性密封材料或细石砼。
The sleeve shall be embedded before the concrete pouring of the through wall pipe. The distance between the through wall pipe and the inner wall corner, concave and convex parts shall be greater than 250mm, and the distance between the pipe and the pipe shall be greater than 300mm. When there are many through wall pipes, the sealing steel plate of the through wall box can be welded with the embedded angle steel on the wall, and the modified asphalt flexible sealing material or fine aggregate concrete can be injected from the reserved pouring hole on the steel plate.

土建和安装应会审、核对相关图纸，以免遗漏和差错。严格按图纸要求施工。图纸无要求时在征得设计者同意后，做到:
Civil engineering and installation shall review and check relevant drawings to avoid omission and error. Strictly follow the requirements of the drawings. When there is no requirement in the drawing, the following shall be achieved after the approval of the designer:
①墙管道孔均采用比穿墙管径大100㎜得防水套管预留，防水套管中部3㎜厚200㎜宽钢板止水环，钢板止水环根部粘接15×15㎜膨胀橡胶止水条。铜钟 一次性止血带 标志桩模具 钢丝轮 流水槽模具 防撞墙模具 检查井钢模具 不锈钢铸件 模锻件。
① the wall pipe holes shall be reserved with waterproof casing with a diameter of 100mm larger than the through wall diameter. The middle part of the waterproof casing shall be 3mm thick and 200mm wide steel plate waterstop ring, and the root of the steel plate waterstop ring shall be bonded with 15 × 15mm expansion rubber waterstop. The gap between the pipe passing through the outer wall and the waterproof sleeve shall be filled with cement asbestos or waterproof mortar.
